Service and Support

Our Personal Emergency Response Systems are manufactured by one of the leaders in the industry. Each unit is fully tested before it leaves our facility. Once installed in a centralized location, it is then fully tested again for clarity and range (approximately 300 to 400 ft). In the event it should ever require service, you system is fully covered for all repair work and battery replacements due to normal wear and tear. Our “self-testing” systems will proactively notify our Emergency Response Center if and when a unit needs repair. We will contact you and set up a convenient time for us to come out and perform the work.
